Within the context of the Dual Degree programme, RSM and Bocconi University have a standing agreement that allows incoming Dual Degree students from Bocconi to convert one course from their home degree programme to their RSM degree programme toward the master free elective requirement of the RSM programme. Please note that this rule only counts toward the master free elective requirement, and specifically excludes the master programme elective requirement, as well as the core course requirements for a given RSM master programme.
In order to request conversion, please submit a request to RSM's Examination Board via their online request portal. and include all of the following:
- Specification of the course to be converted: the selected course must be worth at least 6 EC and must not duplicate any course taken at RSM
- Your home school transcript containing evidence of completion of the course to be converted
- Please include that you are submitting the request on the basis of the agreement between Bocconi University and RSM in the context of the Dual Degree programme, that allows one course (that must be worth at least 6 EC) already earned at Bocconi to be recognized as a master free elective for the RSM programme to reach the 60-EC threshold set for obtaining the RSM degree.
- You'll receive a formal decision by the Examination Board and on the basis of that decision the Study Progress and Diploma (SPD) office will book your Bocconi course credit to your RSM curricular progress toward the master free elective requirement.
