Status	Meaning
Waiting for proposal	You have not yet submitted your thesis proposal, make sure to submit your proposal before the communicated deadline by your thesis coordinator.
Proposal submitted	You have submitted your thesis proposal, there is no other action required from your side at this point.
Proposal grading in progress	Your coach and 2nd assessor are reviewing your thesis proposal. After both the coach and 2nd assessor have reviewed your proposal you will either receive a proposal pass or a proposal fail.
Proposal pass	Your thesis proposal has been approved and you can continue with your thesis.
Proposal fail	Your proposal has not been approved and you are admitted to the proposal re-sit.
Waiting for proposal re-sit	You have not yet submitted your thesis re-sit proposal, make sure to submit your re-sit proposal before the communicated deadline by your thesis coordinator.
Proposal re-sit submitted	You have submitted your thesis re-sit proposal, there is no other action required from your side at this point.
Proposal re-sit grading in progress	Your coach and 2nd assessor are reviewing your thesis re-sit proposal. After both the coach and 2nd assessor have reviewed your re-sit proposal you will either receive a re-sit proposal pass or a re-sit proposal fail.
Proposal re-sit pass	Your thesis proposal has been approved and you can continue with your thesis.
Proposal re-sit fail	Your re-sit proposal has not been deemed to be sufficient. You cannot continue with your thesis and you will have to re-start the thesis trajectory in the following academic year.
Waiting for Thesis	You have not yet submitted your thesis, make sure to submit your thesis before the communicated deadline by your thesis coordinator.
Thesis submitted	You have submitted your thesis, there is no other action required from your side at this point.
Thesis grading in progress	Your coach and 2nd assessor are reviewing your thesis. After both the coach and 2nd assessor have reviewed your thesis you will either receive a thesis pass or a thesis fail.
Thesis pass	Your thesis has been approved and you are automatically admitted to the thesis defence. You can make an appointment with your coach and 2nd assessor. Make sure to keep the deadlines in mind in order to graduate within the academic year.
Thesis fail	Your thesis has not been approved and you are admitted to the thesis re-sit.
Waiting for thesis re-sit	You have not yet submitted your thesis re-sit, make sure to submit your thesis re-sit before 15 August of the year in which you would like to graduate, as otherwise you will need to re-register and graduate in the next academic year.
Thesis re-sit submitted	You have submitted your thesis re-sit, there is no other action required from your side at this point.
Thesis re-sit grading in progress	Your coach and 2nd assessor are reviewing your thesis re-sit. After both the coach and 2nd assessor have reviewed your thesis re-sit you will either receive a thesis re-sit pass or a thesis re-sit fail.

Thesis Done	You have passed your thesis defence and your grade has been processed by your coach and 2nd assessor. The grade will automatically be processed in OSIRIS.
