To accommodate you in this particular situation, you will be able to take the same exam online on your own device. In that case, the surveillance will be done via Online Proctoring. You can submit a request for this via OSIRIS Case (OSIRIS Zaak) as from 5 working days prior to the exam date. Submit this request as soon as you know that you are not allowed to come to campus, but at least one working day before the exam. This is important because the exam must be prepared online for you.
The following examples illustrate the implication of ‘at least one working day before the exam’:
- A Tuesday to Friday exam means that the OP request in Osiris must be made no later than 17.00 the day before.
- A Monday exam means that the OP request in Osiris must be made before 17.00 on Friday.
If you submit your request later, we will try to respond as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee that this is possible before the start of your exam.
