Important:

Completing your MSc programme within one academic year is a strict condition for going on exchange. You must successfully complete all components of your MSc programme, including your thesis, before the start of your exchange.

If you do not complete your full MSc programme within one academic year, your exchange will be cancelled. This applies even if you have already accepted your exchange offer or started making arrangements for travel, accommodation or other preparations.



As completing your MSc Programme, before going on exchange, is a requirement, you can select the company-based (research)project* elective during the Open Elective round. Keep in mind that the company-based (research)project elective is always registered as a Master Free Elective. 


*This only applies to the the following MSc Programmes: 

  • MSc Business Information Management (BMBPBIM), 
  • MSc Global Business & Sustainability (BMBPGBS), 
  • MSc Management of Innovation (BMBPMI), 
  • MSc Supply Chain Management (BMBPSCM)
