All requests to the Examination Board RSM must be submitted via Osiris Case in Osiris Student.
The online request form is no longer in use. It is also not possible to submit a request via e-mail.
A request to the Examination Board must include all relevant documents. Please note that a (certified copy of a) certificate, grade transcript or diploma will not be accepted in digital form. The original document must be presented to the Examination Board for verification.
You can track the progress of your request via Osiris Case. The Examination Board aims to make a decision within four weeks of receiving the request. For requests that require input from multiple people or during the busy months of July and August, processing may take longer. The Examination Board kindly asks for your understanding.
