The associate dean for diversity and inclusion is Dr Inga Hoever. She leads the initiative and the steering group on Inclusion, Diversity, Accessibility, and Equity (IDEA) at RSM, which also consists of members from education services, the HR office, the communications office, and the research office as well as a project manager.
